You have made the order process easy. How is the rest of the process?
Follow up: No tracking service, slow to ship, wrong part (hope its not my fault).

Heater was packed together with the supporting legs causing damage to the legs. Wouldn't order both together.

You might want to improve the packaging of electrical parts like switches. One of the connection posts was bent over because it wasn't protected. I was able to bend it back into position.

As usual everyone was great

I only had the one problem with your methods of ordering and not being able to change the order before it is shipped but I had to cancel the order and hope that you were going to do that as well because I was informed that it might not be possible and that I would be charged a fee for canceling it. Take out all the automation and put things back to the human element and have happier customers.

I asked questions about the product online but never heard anything back and it looks like I got a 24 volt unit instead of a 12-volt unit.
