I've bought multiple items from your company, and with the exception of a very minor annoyance involving my inability to determine the shipping status of one item, your service and pricing has met my high expectations.
So far, a very easy experience. Prices are reasonable, shipping costs are low.
Update: I ordered 3 items. Two freezer door hinges and one freezer door. To be honest, for the price, I expected the hinges to be a complete assembly, but it turns out I paid $20 each for two hinge casings. I don't know what else to call them. The error was my fault. Not sure who to assign blame for the outrageous price.
Turns out the door is the wrong one. This may be my fault. I had the serial number. I'll have to check to see if I ordered the wrong one or the wrong one was sent. I do remember thinking that it wasn't clear when I ordered, but I went ahead and ordered anyway.
I realize that some of my dissatisfaction is due to my own action (and the laws of supply and demand), but the fact remains that I don't have what I need as far as the door is concerned, so at the moment, I can't say that I'm satisfied.
Overall the shopping experience was a positive one. I would shop here again without hesitation.
