Shipping charges.shipping charges?
I received the dish tailgater in record time and shipping cost was great. I tried to setup and use this tailgater but found out that it does not work with the dvr I use in the house. It would have been helpful if Adventure RV had included a notice that a different type receiver is needed.

Received in timely manner. Had ordered two of same item, and interestingly enough, we received item ordered but by two different manufacturers. Not an issue, just interesting. And was not shipped in a padded envelope so we are pleased they were not damaged en route.

This is the first time I have ordered from Adventure RV. I was disappointed that I couldn't add something to my order immediately after I placed it, but I was warned about that on the site. Other than that, my experience was a good one. I hope to use them again in the future.
So far I'm totally satisfied with my experience.
The purchasing process was great... I hope the shipping / receipt is as wonderful...
Now that I have received my items, I am not impressed and won't order again.
The box was totalled, the items inside smashed or broken open. Nothing damaged beyond repair, but all boxed items were out of their boxes with parts strewn about...a bit of better packing with air pillows may have prevented this. NEVER AGAIN. Although the prices are very competitive, the end result is not worth it.
