The online chat service was most unsatisfactory, the agent did not have the resources to resolve discrepancies between the written product description and the photo of the item, and no phone access is possible with this vendor.
I ordered the product based on the limited written description, and that was accurate with respect to what I received. The product arrived quickly, was well packed and arrived in good condition.

I was a little concerned that this would not fit on my RV toilet but it fit perfectly and Nice design in two pieces and I love having a solid wood toilet seat and I can actually sit on with the lid down. A much higher quality seat than the thin plastic one that was put on by the manufacturer.

It has been good, seem to have what I was looking for. After receiving the order, I contacted customer service to get an invoice with reference to the credit card that was used for the purchase, which is required for my company's fiscal accounting. They were unable to help with this request. While I will probably make future purchases for personal use, I may not for business.
