DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They cannot complete orders and they have offered zero customer service help. I ordered expensive items that they shipped FedEx. And paid a premium for shipping. The items that did arrive arrived damaged. The most expensive items (roof top AC and a trailer hitch kit) did not arrive at all. The AC made it to a hub where the shipper refused to deliver it. And it's only 100 lbs. Why wouldn't they ship it freight?! They charged me a fortune for shipping and then didn't deliver. I took time off of work to wait for the delivery of items that never came. Then they have zero customer service. No phone number. They refuse to talk to anyone on the phone. You have to send an email and then wait 12 hours for an answer. Another day lost. They have wasted a week of me time. Cost me thousands in lost income and i still don't have my order. If you care about your money and customer service you need to stay away from these people. This is by far and away the worst ordering / online shopping experience of my life. I'm warning everyone now. Damaged items that did arrive. Thousands of dollars worth of items that did not arrive. Zero help from customer service. DO NOT spend your hard earned money here. Go somewhere, anywhere else... unless you have money and time to burn and don't really want whatever you orderd. (That is their answer for everything. 'Would you like a refund so you can purchase locally?' Save yourself the hassle and just purchase locally. These people are a joke. If i wasn't so frustrated and mad I'd be crying. I seriously thought I was on an episode of punked. Yes, it's that bad.
