The product I ordered had some minor damage that had to have happened during manufacturing. The customer service department was very prompt in handling the issue. I was offered a discount to keep the slightly damaged product or a complete replacement. I chose to keep the product. The screen went blank the first time I submitted the order. The second time I submitted the order, the credit card wanted a double verification?

I ordered a Suburban furnace fan motor. I have not installed it yet but it is the correct diameter (2.5) inches and has dual shafts. I will not install it until the current motor does not work any more. I took the old motor out to install a new one from another dealer and it was not the correct diameter (3 inch). With the old motor out, I was able to determine the correct part number. While I had the old motor out, I opened it up and cleaned all of the carbon brush dust out and put one drop of oil on the shaft bearings. After I put it back together and into the furnace and reinstalled the furnace, the motor worked fine. I will keep this one for future furnace repairs.
