Very very fast shipping had my rv pump in 2 days and I live in central ohio. Very satisfied with this very fine product.l will b buying all my rv things from here, no doubt about it.apples for apples this pump was $** less then anywhere else.

Compressor was broken loose from mounting plate.

The lower ratings about shopping experience was caused by website confusion.
