It came slightly bent and missing a connector. I was able to bend it to the correct position and substitute a nut and bold for the missing connector. Bad packaging is probably to blame.

The only thing I would have preferred would have ordered over the phone. I cannot understand why that could not happen when your number is not a toll free one and I was willing to pay for the call to place the order.

I have not installed the unit yet but the shipping time was just as said with no delays and packed appropriately.

The manufacturers model number did not appear on the order form, only the description. I was not able to track my order until I contacted customer service. At that time they told me the order was shipped from a different location and they enabled me to track the order.

1 st time see how it goes from start to finish. I was in Fla when I ordered. Very pleasantly surprised how fast order came as it was over T.G. Week. Box arrived intact and undamaged.

So far so good. Easy to order. Very fast processing and delivery. Part number does not show on motor but looks like the correct one. Have not had a chance to install it yet to find out.
