I have now received my order. It came very fast, and was exactly as advertised. I am very, very happy with my E2 hitch and was also very happy with the price that I paid. A friend of mine who recomended the brand, purchased elsewhere and paid approximately $ 200.00 more for the same item.

Order processed very fast, and delivery surprised me. Very pleased with my purchase, definitely will shop again.
So far the process has being fluid without a "hitch". Placed the order on March 29 and I received it on April 2nd. Talk about quick turn around. Have install the hitch yet but will be doing it soon.

Both Cus Serv Reps were very helpful (order placed on-line). First big order so I am a bit apprehensive. Will see how it goes.
Order arrived March 31.2 packages and while 1 box was damaged I could not find that the puncture damage the item packaged.
Problem: I NEVER received a tracking # or any notice that the time had been shipped. The instructions said to wait up to 5 bz days to get tracking #. Again, ordered showed up and I had no idea it had even been shipped. Not cool!
