Removing an item from the order list is very confusing. I left the shipping insurance because it was minimal. I almost deleted my order because of the tedious process of item removal.

I Didn't realize need to pay extra to have shipped in a timely fashion. I would have factored in the additional cost for the expedited shipping. Cost factor would have decided that I may or may not have ordered from you. Otherwise I was satisfied with all other aspics of my order. Exactly what i ordered and packed so that was not damaged in shipping.

Quick and easy, but a little tricky with small boxes to read and check.

Had a problem with missing hardware. Could not talk to a live person on the phone everything had to be emailed. That takes the personal experience from your company away. I don't like the idea that I can actually talk to somebody on the phone about your problem or a question on a product.
