Everything has been great to date

I hate the cramming donation concept.

Item was sent as packaged by the manufacturer. Better packing in the box would have been good. I had trouble getting the interior trim piece off the main fan housing, it was jammed on kally-wompus.

So far all is good, thought the shipping was a little much.

Packaging was less than ideal especially for electronics

Easy to do.

Compared prices with Camping World. Adventure RV was much less costly with equal quality. Delivery was quicker than I expected. Web site was easy to navigate. Will recommend buying from Adventure to all my camping friends.

Good website experience - not flashy, but it gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Only improvement I can suggest is larger zoom on the product pictures.

JR Products Electrical part number S-23-10-A diameter 4-1/16" recieved... Needed 5-1/16 size flange. Web site description does not list flange specifications.
