It was easy, you had just what i was looking for
Sales staff was helpful. The initial person gave me an order number that was incorrect. I asked if the correct part number was listed and you do not carry it. I am a little disappointed.

Shipping on this order took 9 days. It has never took that long on any of my other orders. It appears it took FedEx about a week to pick up the order. Not sure if the issue was FedEx or the fulfillment center. This was a first.
Good job. If this is the right product then I will be extreamly satisfied with the price. Unfortunately I don't think this was the product I was looking for. I was trying to match it up to one I own and it appears this is a different brand and one step down from the same capacity. I may be returning it
