VERY EFFICIENT PROCESS...
Nice selection of rv/camping equipment. Well-organized website. Prices appear to be better or at least equal to other retailers. Very pleased with the time it took to process and ship my order.

Your ambiguous shipping times suggest a person should never be in a hurry or shop elsewhere.
I did get my product on time. The customer service live phone call was the worst part of the transaction. I was told the company was too busy to deliver what I paid (expedited order entry and freight)for and they would have to refund my money. The person on the phone went in to a tirade about hiring more people being impossible because they are too lazy to work. Then he put me on hold and told me that my offer could happen as intended anyway.
In the end I got what I needed in the time I needed it. The product price was the best on the web.
Good
This was a replacement A/C and it is exactly what I needed. Installed in 2 hours. The hardest part was taking the old A/C down and putting the new one up. Had access to a BobCat which made the job a breeze.

Experience is good except that there is not much product information provided to help assure that I am ordering the correct replacement part. If information such as a reference to the OEM model or part number were provided it would streamline the ordering process.
