This was not the right door but I am able to make it work by replacing the whole frame. Would have been helpful if you put the distance between the bottom slots or the size of the bottom slots on the page with the specs so it would have been easier to determine which door would have been the right replacement one. I believe that to be the only difference between the pw model and the bw model. Thank you.

During our buying process we had several questions that were not easily answered on the web page for the tankless water heater that we wanted to purchase, so like your site stated we submitted a ticket, once we received the ticket # and tried to enter it into the submission page it would not accept our ticket and the page went blank several times. We tried to call the phone number listed on your contact page and it told us each time that your phones were no longer working... if these issues were fixed we would purchase from your company again, thank you for your time.
