I wish I could feel that you check out is really secure. Your URL does not appear to be secure at your check out. Quite disappointing!
The remote is not compatible with the relay board I have installed on my rv. The remote I ordered has what are called dip switches and the relay board must also have the dip switches. My relay board does not have the dip switches on it therefore the remote will not work. I suggest making this point known in the description of the product. The description does state that the remote is good for all known atwood electric jacks, but makes no mention of the dip switches or to be used with the correct relay board.

Advertised an Atwood remote but sent a knockoff Gamma Electronics remote. I could have bought from somewhere else for $50 less than you charged.

I received the product I ordered very promptly. It was not adventure rv's fault that the item I ordered did not "fit"--the mechanic I was working with had me order the wrong motor.
I am selling my trailer and probably wont buy another one.
