Items are just what i wanted.

I prefer talking in person, rather than on a chat. We had a question about the product before we purchased. The service/chat person was not able to give us an answer. He referred us to the manufacturer. We just installed the tank today. The smaller line is not as heavy duty as we would like. Other than that, so far we are very satisfied with the product.

Great and easy online shopping. I received my order quickly! The box that the product was in was open when I received it. Luckily none of the parts were missing. Not sure what happened. Very happy with the product and the shopping experience!

The products seem to be of high quality with mounting hardware and good instructions.

Thankfully All I needed was the rails to replace damaged rails in my truck, as whoever packaged it is apparently mentally $#*!ed. The box was broken and most hardware was missing. Will not recommend to anyone.

The box was torn up from shipping but thankfully the product was not damaged and seems to work great.

Got a great deal on an new A/C. Best shipping price and quick shipping.

Insurance was added to my order and I did not want it. It should be the customers option to add. It should not be added then the customers obligation to remove.

Web site was easy to use and follow. Since this is my first order, i'll reserve judgement until we see how everything goes.
