The item I ordered was not a new item. I was very disappointed paying that much money for something that was used and looked old.

I was absolutely astounded at how fast you managed to deliver my new hot water heater from your back door to my front door! I can't get pizza delivered that fast! /;-)
I will certainly return the next time I need a part for my motor home.

Paid for 3 day shipping and it took 7 days. Other than that it was a hassle free, good experience.

My only comment would be that I would like to have been notified that the item had been shipped. I did not know when to expect arrival until the freight delivery company called to set up a delivery time.

Ordering experience was great. Kind of miss being able to pick up the phone and talk to someone, but at these prices, I'm happy to go it alone.

Best price I found for the items I needed. I received the order in 3 days.

Seem to flow pretty easily along the shipping date and the arrival date could be explained better Im still not sure how long it will be before I recieve my product.
