Easy ordering - great delivery time.
So far everything is good, but I haven't received the product yet so it is pretty hard to judge.
I am very pleased with the fast service. I have not been able to install the item yet but am sure it will work fine.
The unit I ordered was supposed to be a direct replacement but mine was a surface mount and this one is a recessed mount? Doesn't look like a direct replacement! I'm not very happy that I have to cut a hole to mount this direct replacement!

I ordered online in the morning and choose standard ground delivery. The products arrived the next day at noon!

Deliverly was piss poore they did not call before or at deliverly had to wait extra week deliverly drivers to lasy,and have no common cents!
You did not include the evidently mandatory shipping insurance as part of the cost of shipping until the last step, unpleasant surprise.
