Not being able to talk to a person is not customer friendly. I need to talk to someone while making a purchase regarding certain questions and I don't think email is conducive.

So far so good. No issues. Came sooner than expected. Met driver outside of office and he loaded in my vehical.

Rather difficult getting your site to accept my information as entered. Had to make three attempts to get it accepted. Product arrived fast and intact. Which is a welcome relief from some of my recent FedEx deliveries.
