Good price and easy to use menus
I haven't hooked everything up yet, but what I have done so far it's gone together very easy and very little time. Can't wait to finish it up and using it.

So far I just ordered, it was easy. Now I just hope it gets here then I will be happy. Ok it arrived, I installed it and all is good. I made an error on the model # but this will work.
Very Excellent & Fast online chat response
When I used the call service, the individual referred me to the website that I was having difficulty interpreting. I asked him/her to give me info so I could order the correct item ( I wanted a unit that when facing the unit the door would open left to right with handle on left, hinge on right). Individual did not give me direct answer, referred me back to the site.
Update: Got the unit, hinged okay. It seems that the unit allows moving hinges for left-handed opening, and I think needs a kit to do this (probably different hinge plates).
Also, it was not clear that I would have to order the decorative insert panels for the doors, the unit arrived with no panels. Is okay, will try to use panels off of old unit.
Generally satisfied with purchase, installed it today, three days after receiving it and thinking about it. Instructions for moving unit into/out of RV would have been nice, but all turned out okay due to my and my wife's cleverness (made a ramp into the RV, leverage allowed having to lift only 1/2 of unit weight, and then using multiple 24" 2x6 boards to stack up and rock unit up into cavity...ooooh we are so clever!).

We ordered a 10 ft hose with adapter and pull the hose out of box and hose was ripped in 3 spots and was not 10 ft long.
