The text messaging was annoying I prefer to speak to a person, with my voice.
Easy to use website and very good price.
My only disappointment was the online chat fellow couldn't tell me where the item would be shipped from. You certainly have the best price I could find anywhere on line.
Shipping was faster than I expected and met my time frame without problem. Installation instructions would have been helpful.

I ordered the Inteli-Power 9260 converter/charger 60 amp with charger wizard, I received it in just a few short days, I installed it myself and it works like a champ. I upgraded from the 9140 model and I am very glad i did. I am even more pleased with adventurerv's pricing i paid 176.89 total including shipping, insurance and taxes. My local RV store want 323.95 for my lessor 9140 model, so needless to say i am a very happy camper, pun intended.
Thanks guys, i will not hesitate to shop with you again in the future.
