Ordered furnace and propane vale on Sunday and were received on Friday. Love the propane valve/manifold, auto switching to second tank is great. Installed furnace and had it running in less than 2 hours. Only issue I had was a minor dent (shipping damage) that was easily tapped out of furnace housing.

This is my first time ordering with you...I am a new RV owner and my RV is considered my home...hoping to keep costs down and get all I need in one place

I live in the Sierras in rural CA. The USPS does not serve my area, nor does UPS. I have a choice of Fed Ex to my house or USPS to my PO Box. Your delivery policy forces me to use a street address so I have to use a friends. Not good.

Every thing was just as described, received order in record time! Would use them again!

Everything is ok so far i haven't time to unpack it and put it on.

One motor had a bent bolt, which I straightened and the other had some shaft end play, it did not seem to affect operation though.

Easy flow to process is appreciated, delivery was faster than expected, vent covers were replacements and same as old ones so great fit.

Contacted customer service several times to make sure I got the right product and the person I interacted with was very helpful.

Had a little trouble with my card and billing address but it was no fault of the site other then that it seems to have gone good now let's see if I get my part in a timely manner
