Excellent site navigation, large selection of parts and accessories, sure to buy from this company again

At first I had a hard time getting the shipping address different from billing address. Then my package was delivered to an office not to the lot # which was not the FedEx drivers problem but the office didn't let the family know the package was there. Once we found the package we will pleased

Like the products and prices, don,t like not being able to talk direct to someone

Everything was great the price the service, except shipping paid for rush order and was supposed to get the product in 2 days and i paid $107. Extra for the rush, ordered it on thursday, and did not recieve it till tuesday
Thats not 2 days, standard shipping is 2 to 5 days, and thats what they gave me, other than shipping is good.

Did not have one bulb I am looking for 10W/T3 BI-PIN I had to go to M4 Products to find the bulb I needed. You have some bulbs they do not have and they have some bulbs you do not have.
