I compared prices for a portable holding tank for our RV (compared with several sites) and you were the best in price for same item; purchased holding tank, tow handle and paid for standard shipping and order was just under $100.00; happy, happy, happy! I routinely visit another reputable RV/camping supply company but now have a new favorite. Ordering was easy; email notifications regarding all shipping details from warehouse to house door and follow up email to confirm/deny receipt of order - all exemplary customer service attributes. I clicked yes on the order being complete only because your customer service told me I only ordered 1 door handle when I wanted 2, which is what the photo showed on line. I agree that the photo is representation of product, but the site says a pack and the photo shows 2. If it was only one item in the pack you should say so on the site and not mislead the customer. Although the product is what I wanted, I will not use your site again as I cannot trust what you offer and what I receive.
