Received my item within 4-days via FedEx ground. Packaging was excellent and contained all expected parts.

The chat and phone contacts turned out to be worthless. I called on the phone during mid-morning and afternoon on a weekday, and there was no answer. So then I contacted chat and that person was even worse. They said they could tell me anything, so to go online and put in a ticket. I did that and eventually received a message with the info I needed. You may as well just save the money spent on a telephone and chat employees because they do not provide customer service. Dealing with this company was the most frustrating experience I've had in awhile. I couldn't reach a person who could answer and help with simple delivery questions. The price was reasonable, but there are other businesses that sell for similar prices and they also provide personal customer assistance. I don't think I'll do business with your company again.
