Got items very quick...pleased. I ordered wrong parts and want to replace parts. I contacted company and asked if they could help me with which product I would need and they wouldn't answer the question. I was told to contact my manufacturer to get part number so I could order it. I don't think this is great customer service. I know which part I need, I just want this company to help with which item it is in their catalog.
Unhappy with customer service.
Right now, I'm very satisfied with Adventure RV. However, since the item I purchased has to be installed, I'm hoping there won't be any issues. If the item has to be returned, sometimes the return process can be a nightmare! I hope I don't have to return the item :)
Good response and the delivery was iffy. The one end cap was missing from the tube that had the awning inside. The driver of UPS was very nice in confirming the damage of the package.
Your site is starting to look a little dated. You might want to freshen up the look.
