Since this is the only item I've ever ordered from your company, and only had it a week, all I can say is everything has been as stated. And I seldom give 5 stars on anything unless someone or something has exceeded my expectations. Have not had need to contact your customer service, so my 4 stars on that is based on the assumption it would be of the quality of the rest of items.
Bigger pictures and better descriptions would help on many items. Should be able to via some form of automation get an RMA# took me a couple of email tries to finally get one. I had to return 1 item that I ordered wrong. No problem with seller, I just ordered the wrong item, but also ordered a couple of more items and those were received timely and were the correct items I needed.
