After we received the wrong item we contacted customer support. Oh by the way, they do not have a telephone number and you have to open a ticket and wait for them to reply! They will not call you, only email. They shipped the wrong product and stated in their reply that the item we ordered was discontinued and it stated that in the ad. IT DID NOT. Why would they let an order complete if it was discontinued? No email, call or anything asking if we still wanted the order. VERY DISSAPOINTED in this company. Will NEVER order from them again. I will also be posting this on consumer ratings and I bet adventure RV will NOT not post this review on their website!
