Received what I ordered.
First time shopper here. We are stuck without water in trailer. Hope the part gets here asap. We ordered on Wednesday and paid extra for expedited and 2 day delivery but didn't get part until late Monday afternoon. Had to spend an extra day of camping. Would have liked an option for Saturday delivery.
Shipping is a little steep compared to other sites.

Next time I will use amazon or Ebay or maybe even Cabelas. At least I know where I stand with them from a support perspective. One of the items was defective upon arrival so I initiated a ticket. Your response was to contact Thetford. Well guess what, Thetford doesn't seem to want to help me either. Oh well, why should you care, you got my money?!?!
