Fast Delivery
Shipping container was badly damaged and AC cover was dented but so far unit is performing ok. Suggest shipping container be reinforced. Could use wood framing around unit not just the base.
I appreciated the advice from the sales staff for ordering the proper item.

Took a couple of days longer to arrive than I expected but it arrived and the opportunity to follow up if it didn't was appreciated. Product was exactly what I wanted.

I ordered a Coleman Roughneck A/C it was delivered on 5/26/2015 and in very poor shape. The unit is NOT IN A COLEMAN BOX it was received in a box that they made at the warehouse with no protection from damage. The top shroud is cracked the bottom gasket is damaged the lips on the sides or bent (both sides) it is missing the bracket and bolts that would secure the unit to top of vehicle. There is no owners manual no warranty card no directions nothing from Coleman. I think they had a returned unit that they needed to get rid of and I got it, so I'm shipping it back to them for a full refund and going to purchase the unit somewhere else. Very disappointed in ADVENTURE RV not what I expected for $945.99.

Unit could have been in a better container so that it would not be damaged in shipment shipping was very fast product was damaged during shipping dents and dings but everything turned out ok installed very easily product works great very satisfied
