Well et up sight, wish you had better demotion description on product. The box did not have the right directions in it and the wrong labels on the unit. Did not really need direction any how.

I was a little confused but assumed the hinge brackets were interchangeable as opposed to a left and right bracket.

The process of paying via paypal is cumbersome and required multiple attempts before I was finally successful in placing my order. Improvement needed in that area
I ordered two of the same part (skylight inner dome, 16 x 24), yet the products received were not identical in color and mounting hole pattern. They did have the same part number/label on the packaging, but the actual products were not the same. In my case, they aren't being installed in the same room, so it doesn't really matter that much, but I did find it odd that the parts were not identical. This is a product quality/configuration control issue that really should be managed better, so that customers get what they expect. I will keep the parts, but will not likely order from this source again.
The stove-top arrived in good condition and a timely manor. They shipped it very quickly and it was what I needed for my cabin, so I am satisfied with the service and product.

Once I figured out the order page everything was great. They didn't tell me the order was shipping from from two different locations. Order was suppose to be freight free but the item shipping from another location got charged $10.00 and it only cost $10.00 to begin with. Not nice.
