Ordered this item on Sunday, September 6,2015. Have been waiting for 13 days. Checked all data and found that you do not show my order at all. Reordered today. P.S. Checkout is extremely cumbersome. It is not AdventureRV's fault, but manufacturer was "very shallow minded" in describing their product. I MADE it fit though, but I have loads of tenacity!

Got the right product as ordered in the time frame ask for, no missing pieces and I was able to install right away so that we did not have to put off our trip

One of the tail lights had a cracked frame. The box was not damaged during shipping so I assume it left your shop that way. I fixed it with epoxy so I wouldn't have to hassle with sending it back. Other than that, nice lights.

Found the best deal for an electric trailer jack on your website. I received the trailer jack in a timely manner. I was disappointed that I did not get a plug with the jack. The advertising for the jack was deceiving. I thought I was going to get a plug with the jack. Other than that, I was pleased.

The website was easy to use. The price was 40% below local service centers and the delivery was faster than promised. What's not to like.

Price in brochure given to us at the RV show in Hershey PA on 9/18/2015 was lower than the online price. It states $35.79 in brochure.
