Parts received appear to be directly from the manufacturer. Everything is exactly the same as original.

I tried to confirm three times, almost gave up to try shopping somewhere else. I found that if you use spaces as on your credit card number your company does not recognize the card. I had to figure it out. My time is more valuable than that.
These guys are jokes. I've been restoring an old camper and buying parts and trying to find the best place to continue to buy my parts. Well, ITS NOT GONNA BE THESE GUYS! I tried to live chat them for help on buying a water heater. The gentleman or lady said I would have to contact a technician. I said that's fine, do you at least have them in stock. They said they have no way of checking. I thought it was phony then, but I went ahead and bought it. I got it, it doesn''t work, I called to return and then it tells me they don't take phone calls. I had to live chat again and they wouldn't take it back because I opened the box. It doesn't say this anywhere in the return policy. Will not be buying here anymore.
When I input my info for Pay Pal, rather than take me back to the page I was just on, it took me back to the beginning of my order. Just seemed a little confusing as I was expecting to get a confirmation of my order at that point, not go back to the beginning making me think I was placing a duplicate order.

Easy to buy from
I bought an AC/Heat pump. It was delivered to my RV. The packaging is very beaten up, and my installer has not seen it yet, to confirm that it works. Packing might be better. It is attached to a wooden frame, so I think it is OK.
