Well with a prior order I did have to call customer service with an issue. The rep I spoke to said they were unable to help. I asked for a direct customer service rep with adventure RV.net they said it didn't exist. Mind boggling. With reviews I have read most transactions go smoothly but when their are issues you run into a dead end with not being able to speak to anyone with the company directly.
This was our first time so it was a learning process. We have not opened the box yet but the box was pretty "beat" up when it arrived. My husband injured his hand so has not been able to check the Jack out.

Best low price for the product, but the order process was tricky.
Receive the product in a timely manner, but when I open it the product seem somewhat torn from its cardboard and then was just laid back into the cover box.
I won't be able to use it until the campground open in April of 2016, so I can't test the product until then.
