My only complaint is that from reading the description I thought I was ordering the Big Buddy as it noted it was the Ultra Buddy, it is only the 4000-9000 btu unit and not the 18,000 unit and it says there are not returns.
The product was "as advertised" and already installed and in use. Great product and the quality was top shelf :)
Still have a question about getting a water pump that is 110Volt - could not get anyone to answer the question.
Also, after receiving the tanks the size was different than the ad. I can make them work but would like you to check the specs - maybe I wrote them down wrong.

Site was easy to navigate, prices seem to be fair/very competitive... only disappointment I have was the product brand had changed from what was advertised. I went back to the site as though to place an order for that same product that is listed however, I now see a note in the product info that states the brand differs from what is listed. I obviously didn't read the full product info when I placed my order however, didn't feel the need as it's a simple pressure regulator that I've purchased many times in the past. That's on me for sure however, why even advertise one particular brand product if it's been replaced by a different brand? Not the end of the world, I would however, advise all to fully read product description to ensure you receive what you think you ordered. I know... kind of a no-brainer! To reiterate, otherwise, I highly recommend adventurerv.net!
Haven't hooked up the water softner yet. Will hopefully soon after I get another 4 foot hose. Other then that, I am very pleased.
