As advertised-thanks, shipping was ok, I don't like sure post or smart post. UPS or FED ex is great, but they have to turn over to the USPS the package. Were I live our USPS service is not great.

I received my order and the Jensen Stereo/CD/DVD player doesn't work in the CD/ DVD mode and sounds like your trying to get out of honoring your 30 day guaruntee by sliding it to manufacturer in stead of fixing or replacing like your policy stated.

I like the process it is quick and easy. Hope delivery is the same.
