I received my order faster than I even expected so I would highly recommend this company, however the only disappointing part was the expensive delivery charge. Paying over double what the price of the item was, is a bit extreme, but needed this item immediately, and they delivered!
Your shipping links are messy. Once I pick one shipping it put me on another then selects shipping insurance when I don't need it...silly...
Easy to get through and find what I needed
We received our order on Saturday. Haven't used the parts yet.
Some of the pictures are generic for specific products such as S117-*******. Most 4 or 5 star websites have pictures of the actual product so that you can read the label. Your website does not even have enough picture clarity to blow them up so you can read the label. Despite this I ordered the item (sight unseen) because the manufacturer's product number of the item matched what I was looking for. Another item I ordered (a roll of butyl tape) was badly damaged in shipment because it wasn't packaged properly. It should have been put in a bubble packed box, but instead was put in a bubble pack envelope.

My order was delivered to my next door neighbor. Glad she is honest!
I applied the roof paint this past weekend. I do not know yet how it perform.
Product was fine, condition of the box it arrived in was awful. Big hole in side of the box and taped every which way. But the product inside was fine.

The $1.00 donation option is NO until the last step in the ordering process, then it switches to YES. I don't care for that. Strikes me as underhanded. Also, it took me three separate tries to get the order to go through. Delivery, price and the product itself are excellent.
Was great except that not all of the bravura toilets were on the same page. Had some on one page then some at the bottom of next page, instead of all at once. Almost caused my to order the wrong one.
