We were having issues with our water heater. I called the water heater manufacturer, two RV dealers, and an independent RV repair shop. No one could seem to help us, so my husband found the parts he thought would fix the issue from this website. Order arrived very quickly. He was able to fix the issue and we're happy we did business with them.

Just what I ordered, delivered in a very timely manner and in excellent condition for a fair price. I WOULD definetely use AdventureRV again!

Item was exactly as described and what we needed. Unfortunately, it was a propane gas water heater, and there was no tech support available for installation...I guess due to liability. Luckily, we have a friend who is a technician, and he was able to get help from the manufacturer (Suburban), but only because he was a technician. They would not help us a just regular customers.
