Poor packaging looks like the box was lost and the post office had to repackage in a bag, I think all the parts are here but not sure?

The ordering process was simple and delivery was suppose to be between 5 and 11 days. Received the shipment in three days of placing the order. Have not yet installed the air conditioner but it arrived in good condition on a small wood skid, packaged in cardboard around all sides and over the top.
Fast delivery, but asked the dimensions of the product and they said we would have to contact the manufacturer. Should know your product better. Otherwise good product.
I have looked all over for this A/C unit and your price and shipping arrangement is better than I can find in my own hometown. I am looking forward to the arrival of this unit.
I received my Dometic A/C unit in record time - I ordered it on Friday and received it on Tuesday about noon and I installed it on my Jayco Pop-up on Wednesday - Yippee, BUT when we put the lower unit on with the controller, we found that the fan speed controller was broken and will not adjust the fan speed - the unit was on - and the A/C unit works, but I cannot control the fan speed or turn the unit off or on - can you help me?
Design somewhat different than the '85 model I'm replacing - but "do-able".

Your prices cheaper than anywhere else on portable waste tanks. I'm so glad I found your website. Shipping was quick I received the products I ordered within a couple days. Shipping to Canada is expensive I would recommend shipping to us address.
I ordered the items, paid extra for fast shipping... i wasn't expecting less than 24 hours after the order was placed. I would have it in my hands. I figured at least a few days or so... the product was exactly what i ordered... everything there. And completely satisfied with the entire process.
