Product arrived when expected and just in time to save a few days of vacation. Adventure RV offered the best price and most affordable delivery option to get the product when I needed it. Will definitely come back to Adventure RV for future RV needs.

Fortunately, this isn't your fault but the kit that was sent his the wrong parts in it. More specifically one piece is incorrect. There is a right side and a left side part but 2 left sides were provided. Other than that, everything else was great.

Your site should state that the Billing address is for the Credit Card used not an internal one for your selves. Not knowing this turned a 15 minute process into a 4 hour fiasco. At times I was concerned I may have ordered 10 Converters as I could not tell if the order went through or not. Never once did it state the Billing address was the Credit Card Address. Please understand I am a nice person and not angry but I am also not happy I have wasted my entire morning trying to do something that should be real simple. Had I not used your online helper, (Jon) I would have never known this and given up on your company. Thanks for your time,
