I received all items ordered. However it would have been handy to know that the air conditioner already had a gasket with it instead of me ordering one. You may want to update your product description and all items that are included.

I found what I needed by searching alphabeicly. Luckily, I knew it was called a spring housing (from another site). A parts breakdown or exploded view would be nice for small parts!
