Your data system at checkout could use some TLC & updating. Also, please note that your shipping data line at the first check out phase inputs a variable which should simply be set as a 0 until the customer generates to the next phase of order process, otherwise the customer gains a misrepresentation of the true shipping cost (I'd be more than happy to explain this in depth if desired). It is somewhat confusing and would be very cumbersome for a potential client whom lacks much system/web experience. I do wholeheartedly understand that your business is in business to make money (stockholder management) but as I know, we need to focus on the customer satisfaction first. A happy customer/stakeholder makes a business what it is.
