It was fairly simple and straight forward.

Pictures are too small on interney. Information vague for a person new at rving to what the RV needs. Would like to talk to human. Shipping high.

The online consultant was was not very helpful and the checkout procedure was a bit confusing. Other than that it was a smooth and good process. I am sure the fact that my item was from a '96 unit contributed to the consultants inability. Sure hope it fits.
