I received the part timely but it was the wrong part or a defective part. I am waiting to hear back from adventure now. I am hoping for a quick replacement

On line ordering was very easy. Smooth transition and well laid out however the website said it would match up with inside ceiling unit and it did not match up. Had to fabricate a bracket to match. The unit works great. Thank you.

Shipping prices were high

I missed the first attempted delivery. If you would notify you customers when an item has shipped and provide tracking information immediately it would help. I was not home at time of first delivery because shipping info was only received after I requested by email. I did not receive tracking info until after 1st attempted delivery.

Order arrived ahead of expected delivery date. Items ordered were foam gaskets to be placed under AC units on my motor coach. Packaging was such that the gaskets arrived twisted and no longer square.

We are new customers to RV shopping. So far I am happy about my purchase.

I would really like to talk to a person I'm needing two slide out covers and person on chat wanted part number. If I had that I would order them.

Needed a little more dimension information, but for the price, I'm willing to risk it. Well, get what you pay for. Stands say 6000 lbs but are not stabilized (a bolt sitting in a hole with a threaded vertical rod). Let's see what happens with that. The side crank 2000 does not have a foot plate included. I guess I should have noticed it in the picture. I'll have to find the extension now, with a foot rest plate.
