Good selection of products, and I was able to find just what I needed. The biggest hassle was at check out. I had to go through the same process several times (Review Order, etc) to get the ordering process to move to the next step. Otherwise it was good.

Being old-fashioned--& OLD-- I'd prefer to talk to a live person; however, this was pretty easy, so I'm not complaining.
I received the item in record time on 10/12/16... but am leaving it in the box for a a week until our plumber can install it. From what I can tell, the item is all there & no parts are missing. Because it's large & encumbersome (a toilet), we won't know 100% if everything is there. I will get back to you folks when the item is ready to be installed. So stay tuned.
The site could be easier to navigate and how to measure for RV covers would also be helpful.
