The online chat was very helpful in confirming the products I needed to order, were in stock. The ordering interface was very straight forward and easy to complete. Thank you in advance, Fred UPDATE! The product arrived far ahead of schedule and was exactly what I had ordered. But to my surprise not only did the jacks come with a new remote, as I had expected, it came with a COMPLETE remote system. And it wasn't the basic remote like the one I'm replacing, it was the highend unit that not only allows you to control all jacks with one button or control them individually, it also controls the slide on my camper with the same remote. Happy with my order? I'm blown away. And as for the cost, the entire order was less than what my local dealerl quoted me to replace just the lower housing of one of my jacks. I love you guys.

I have never had a problem with any of my orders from Adventure RV, however on this order, I had it delivered to my workplace, but name was not on the address label. Other than that, everything was perfect.
