Drivers can't seem to follow location directions.

My experience with less than expected being that I could not talk to a real person. There is a lot lost in customer service without it.

The only problem I had was with the delivery service. The package was left on the front porch the text message I got said it would require a signature that didnt happen. I found it sitting on the steps I purposley stayed home so not to miss delivery. This is a very expensive package to be left unattended especially these days with so many packages being stolen.

Plastic box for the power cord was broken. I had to tape the cover on.
