Customer service is computer generated. No real person to talk about the problem.
They used FedEx with United States Postal Service at final delivery. This may have been stated in the agreement but was not clear as they used initials which are to similar to UPS and are confusing. They asked for Physical address which I gave but the delivery got stalled by United States postal service because they don't deliver to the physical address. Then messages related to the delivery were not received in timely manner. Never heard of FedEx combining with USPS. Tried to change address with FedEx and that did not seem to work either.
These fridge parts were hard to locate except here with you guy, very competitive pricing

Items were poorly packaged. Label even states that manufacture's box was removed to save shipping cost. I was unable to talk to a live person during the process to get the damaged part returned. It took too much time to use the automated service. And no way to explain the damage. It appears that I may be able to fix the item by replacing the cooling fan. I will probably bear the time and expense rather than returning it. My time is valuable to me. Your process just waste my time.
