The hitch is defective! Quality control could definitely be improved! I need to speak to someone about receiving a new hitch and returning the defective hitch to you. I'm very disappointed! I attached the hitch to the king pin, hooked up to my gooseneck ball when I noticed the bolt that the lever handle spring attaches to was sheared off.
I need a hitch ASAP!

Waiting for resolution to a small part (a special shaped washer under the tightening mechanism for the tripod legs) which fell out in pieces upon first opening of the legs.

Would be nice to get a free shipping or discount code for returning customers and I find it hard to believe that customer service people do not have access to any of these promo codes when asked just out of curiosity. Other than that the my experience was great. Super fast shipping.

Haven't used product yet
I had a question about the motor I wanted to order but AdventureRV customer support sucks. I detailed my question well on ticket# *******. But the responses from AdventureRV customer service never tried to answer my question. I did go ahead and order the motor and received the WRONG motor/partnumber. Stupid me. Never order from someone who does not want your business enough to answer your questions. Oh, and of course, it is an electrical part so they don't allow it to be returned.
Everything was good, but, would have liked having a little more info on that particular item.
There are many different brands and was a little worried that I ordered the right one.
Luckily I received exactly what I needed.

I found there is alot of item information missing from descriptions. I asked a question and did not get a response so I figured it out on my own.
