Would be nice to be able to talk to a human. Guess I'm just old fashioned. Order was shipped next day and arrived in 2 days. Best price I found. Even with shipping it was cheaper than competitors.

Fantastic customer service. Unbelievably fast shipping but my SW6DE water heater was delivered very dented. We are going to install and hope it works because we are on a time deadline.
